I am back in school now getting my degree. I kept putting it off because of kids now, my kids are older I wished I would have gone earlier. I forgot how much you have to read to stay up with the class. I am a firm believer that you have to keep youself educated about what is going on in our world today or you get left behind. Our education system is constantly changing. Our kids are getting smarter. If, you don't attend some type of educational opportunity you get left behind. Real estate can be the same way. If you don't continue to get educated about the market you get left behind. I am working really hard now making sure I am educated. I want to be able to keep up with my kids and I want to be at the leading edge technology wise with real estate. I have knowledge, but everything is moving toward technology.
