Eaglemont Zoning
The city council unanimously agrees on 7,500 square foot lots. of Grade and Walker Hill roads. As a realtor, in the area, I think that was the best decision for the city. Lake Stevens is a very beautiful city and growing each and everyday. Seventy five hundred foot lots is small enough. You don't want to put homes on top of each other anyway. With smaller lots, more homes, more families and more congestion. Until, we get a handle on how to widen roads to help the traffic situation less homes is best. So, it boils down to bigger lots ,less homes, less congestion. Take care of the traffic situation then, we can proceed to grow as large as the roads in our area will accomodate. Traffic is already bad. It is going to get worse when this 30-acre development is completed. Let me know what you think.
