Daughters
My daughters had their first swim team practice on Monday and their second practice today. I was so proud of them. I enjoy watching my daughters swim because I know how much they love to do it. I won't lie, my girls were not the fastest ones out there, but they were trying very hard to master their techniques. I missed the first thirty minutes of their practice and I felt bad about that, until I saw thier faces light up when I entered. They were both smiling like I had just given them the world on a silver platter. It was amazing watching them swim. At the end of each practice, the coaches give the swimmers a stroke to perform and let them dive off the blocks for an amateur race. One of my daughters can't dive, so at the end of practice, she was struggling. My other girl was keeping up with her group. I know by the time swim team is over, I'll have little fishes walking around.
